What is an Account Number?
Your Account Number is the identifier for a single ambulance trip. It's printed on your invoice and is how our Billing Department matches your payment to the correct account.
To help your payment process smoothly, please include your Account Number with your payment and complete all fields in the payment and address sections. If you can't find your Account Number or something on the invoice isn't clear, call us — we're glad to help.

Coverage varies from plan to plan. Many health plans pay for medically necessary ambulance transport, but the amount depends on your specific benefits. Our billing team can help you understand what appears on your invoice and how your plan was applied.
